I just received a notification that as of March 2024 the app will no longer be useful for my daughter's seahorse. This is horrible she loves her presets. She uses every single night now I don't know what I'm going to do she does not like change and she likes the colors on her presets. Does this mean we can't customize it anymore? That she has to be forced to listen to the default music? this is not why I purchased this seahorse. Might as well throw it in the garbage now!
the application does not work, so many people are complaining and the problem is still there!!!! problem with logging in!!! some devices cannot be used without it.
Same as others have said. Keeps unpairing. I’ve never had to pair something every time I use it.
I have liked this soother up until recently. All of a sudden, I am constantly having issues with pairing the unit to my cell phone and tonight it lost connection as I was putting my daughter to bed and would not re connect which was extremely frustrating. Please fix this most recent update as it is awful!
I am so frustrated with this app because I even couldn’t install it. It keeps saying that it is not available in my country and I m in Canada . I tried it with all the machines in home and no luck. It is giving me headache.
